We are delighted to hear the news that Ms Margaret Ritchie, one of our former pupils, has been nominated to take a seat in the House of Lords. Her lifetime peerage nomination was made by former Prime Minister Theresa May.
The staff, students and Board of Governors of St. Mary's High School would like to wish her well as she takes up her seat in the House of Lords.
