Mrs Curran’s Year 12 Social RE students have decided to give to other in our community.
In the students own words, “Giving back is so important, it makes others feel good which in return makes us feel good”.
The first charitable deed was to make a hamper for the residents of Quoile Fold within Downpatrick.
The students have got more out of this doing this that they ever thought possible. Knowing that they were helping others was hugely rewarding and empowering. It gave our students a great deal of happiness. They are also witnessing that their good deeds are continuing to have a positive impact within the local community.
