Helping the Homeless this Christmas

8th Dec 2021

Year 11 RE classes launched an appeal in school to help those who are homeless during Christmas. We were astonished by the response that was generated by this appeal!

We had girls from other classes even giving up their free time to help also!

It really does show us that our pupils, along with their friends and families have not forgotten the true meaning of Christmas. Through their hard work and effort they have highlighted the importance of helping those in need at this time of Year.

All donations were collected by Maria Kelly on behalf of  Belfast Homeless Services, whose daughter Lucy was involved in the appeal and appears with her in the photograph.

Year 11 and Mrs Wylie would like to thank all who donated to this worthy cause.
