This week is the beginning of Holy Week, with Psalm Sunday being the first of five days of special significance. During Holy Week, Christians recall the events leading up to Jesus' death by crucifixion and, according to their faith, his Resurrection.
The Stations of the Cross commemorates Jesus Christ's last day on Earth as a man. Each station, focuses on specific events of His last day, beginning with His condemnation.
Below is a short service for families on the station of the cross and also a prayer that can be used throughout the week.
