Save the Children Christmas Jumper Fundraising

5th Jan 2022

On 10th December,2021, St. Mary's took part in the Save the Children Christmas Jumper Day.

Our students raised a grand total of £300, which was a fantastic amount and will go far to helping those in need.

Well done to all who took part and made a donation.

We received a thank you email from Save the Children, which further explains what the money raised will do to help.

THANK YOU, St. Mary's High School, For taking part in Save the Children's Christmas Jumper Day

Your donation of £300.00 could help a child see the magic in the world again.

MEET ALIX* (pictured below), THE QUEEN OF IMAGINATION...

Alix is super-smart and has a wild imagination.

She's so fun, it's easy to forget her family have had a tough time. They had to leave their home in Venezuela because of the crisis there.

But because of generous people like you, her parents are getting the money they need for the important stuff. That means they can help Alix feel happy and safe again.

That’s what Christmas Jumper Day is all about, people! By taking part in the festive fun, you've helped protect the magic for kids everywhere!
