As you are aware plans are in place for our Annual Sports Day for KS3 students.
Year 11 students are not required to attend school on this day.
We would be grateful if you would please ensure that your daughter comes into school in her PE gear. All KS3 students are expected to attend school on Sports Day. Students are required to wear clothing that is suitable for cool and windy conditions at the all-weather pitch. In the event of strong sunshine students should bring a hat, sun cream and lots of water. Students are reminded that they should not wear jewellery while participating in any sporting event.
From a Child Protection perspective, no student should take photographs or videos of any activities. Students will be requested to leave their mobile phones in the classroom as they will not be permitted on the all-weather pitch.
KS3 students need to bring their books and equipment for the normal timetabled classes for Wednesday 1st June, in the event of inclement weather.
We know that both students and staff are looking forward to what will be a very enjoyable day.
