AWARE Presentation - Promoting Positive Mental Health and Well Being

Mrs Arkins (Vice Principal) attended an event on Friday 21^st October organised by AWARE , a local mental health charity. St. Mary's High School were presented with a certificate for contributing to the promotion of positive mental health and well being. AWARE have facilitated mental health workshops in term 1 with Yrs 12,13 & 14 where our students were given the opportunity to learn skills to help them cope with challenging emotional situations.
