Michelle McIlveen, Minister of Education, has confirmed that Monday 19th September will be an exceptional closure day for schools to mark Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s state funeral.
This will be a day of National Mourning and is being marked by the provision of a Bank Holiday.
School will be closed on this date.
