On Thursday 26th January, Year 14 Business Studies pupils from St Mary’s High School and collaboration pupils, from De La Salle High School, were warmly welcomed by Finnebrogue Artisan. Our Business Studies pupils participated in a highly informative tour in one of Finnebrogue’s most modern and technologically advanced production and distribution centres. Our pupils also had the opportunity to explore in detail the recruitment and selection process, in one of the UK’s leading artisan producers! We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Morgan and Melissa, for taking time out of their very busy schedules to deliver this tour and workshop!
