Re: Qualification Procedure Days - 10th & 21st May 2021
I hope you and your families are keeping well during this on-going crisis.
We were delighted to welcome all our girls back into school last Monday 12th April, and hope that your daughter has settled well into school life.
If your daughter needs any support, I would be grateful if you would please contact her Form Teacher or Head of Year.
I am contacting all parents to inform you of the additional administrative requirements associated with the Alternative Awarding Arrangements in place for public examinations this year.
The Department of Education is making available two additional planning and administration days to support schools to implement the awarding process. These will be known as Qualification Procedure Days 2021.
St. Mary’s High School will be implementing these 2 days on:
Monday 10th May 2021 & Friday 21st May 2021
Students will not be required to attend school on these two dates
On these two days, teachers will work on the moderating and internally standardising students’ grades. There will be no face-to-face or remote teaching.
